1 lb. ground beef
6 med. potatoes, raw & sliced thin
1 lg. onion, diced
1 can peas or frozen peas, cooked
Salt & pepper
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Pat ground beef into an even layer in a 9"x13" baking pan. Spread
potatoes, onions and peas evenly over meat, salt and pepper to taste.
Mix soups and spread over top. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees
for 50 to 60 minutes.
