1/4 c. soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp. honey
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp. ginger
3/4 c. salad oil

Mix well; marinate flank steak overnight. Broil in oven or barbecue over grill. Slice flank steak diagonally.
